* Maintenance every 50 flight hours, with at least one mandatory inspection annually if total annual flight time remains under 50 hours, comprising:
• Droprise Basic maintenance programme
• Check + analysis of flight performance
• Check + analysis of batteries
* Telephone support (technical and general questions and advice) during office hours
* E-mail support – response within 24 hours
* Flight log and performance platform included for one year


Drocare Standard
*Maintenance every 50 flight hours, with at least one mandatory inspection annually if total annual flight time remains under 50 hours, comprising:
• Droprise Standard maintenance programme
• Check + analysis of flight performance
o Report overview
• Check + analysis of batteries
• Replacement of worn-out parts (see list)
* Telephone support (technical and general questions and advice) during and outside of office hours (until 11pm), including weekends (7/7), dedicated phone number
* E-mail support – same-day response on weekdays
* Flight log and performance platform included for one year


Drocare Premium
• Droprise Premium maintenance programme
• Check + analysis of flight performance
o Report overview
• Check + analysis of batteries
• Replacement of worn-out parts (see list)
* Telephone support (technical and general questions and advice) during and outside of office hours, including weekends (7/7, 24/7), dedicated phone number
* E-mail support – response within 4 hours
* Dedicated replacement vehicle during technical intervention and maintenance
* Flight log and performance platform included for one year
