Droprise offers an extensive range of maintenance programmes to ensure that you always have exactly what you need for optimum return on your drone investment. Each of our maintenance contracts includes options based on flight hours, parts, online support, service reports and intervention time. One will always be ideal for you.

Drocare Basic

Drocare Basic includes all the basics for your drone operations. Thanks to the flight log system, you can leave part of the administration to us.

* Maintenance every 50 flight hours, with at least one mandatory inspection annually if total annual flight time remains under 50 hours, comprising:

  • Droprise Basic maintenance programme
  • Check + analysis of flight performance
  • Check + analysis of batteries
  • Telephone support (technical and general questions and advice) during office hours
  • E-mail support – response within 24 hours
  • Flight log and performance platform included for one year

Drocare Standard

Drocare Standard makes your drone operations worry-free. Flight logs, Droprise maintenance and helpdesk services are the essential elements of this programme.

Maintenance every 50 flight hours, with at least one mandatory inspection annually if total annual flight time remains under 50 hours, comprising:

  • Droprise Standard maintenance programme
  • Check + analysis of flight performance
  • Report overview
  • Check + analysis of batteries
  • Replacement of worn-out parts (see list)
  • Telephone support (technical and general questions and advice) during and outside of office hours (until 11pm), including weekends (7/7), dedicated phone number
  • E-mail support – same-day response on weekdays
  • Flight log and performance platform included for one year

Drocare Premium

Maintenance every 50 flight hours, with at least one mandatory inspection annually if total annual flight time remains under 50 hours, comprising:

  • Droprise Premium maintenance programme
  • Check + analysis of flight performance
  • Report overview
  • Check + analysis of batteries
  • Replacement of worn-out parts (see list)
  • Telephone support (technical and general questions and advice) during and outside of office hours, including weekends (7/7, 24/7), dedicated phone number
  • E-mail support – response within 4 hours
  • Dedicated replacement vehicle during technical intervention and maintenance
  • Flight log and performance platform included for one year
